E40: Not a Hobby

We know part one of our CDR Barres episode ended a bit abruptly, we wanted to save the next part as a stand-alone show. We get real on a discussion about our culutre. We as operators have a significant say in our culture, both safety, training, and morale. We operators own it, and on the show we hope we have helped in keeping that fire alive for all of you.
