The full crew of CG6561 from Sector Humboldt Bay recounts their harrowing rescue of 2 firefighters from a hot zone in the Trinity Alps. LCDR Derek Schramel, LTJG Adam Ownbey, AST1 Graham McGinnis, AMT2 Tyler Cook. Two Distinguished Flying Crosses and two Air Medals were awarded in the prosecution of this case.
